Dwayne is the Lead Pastor at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He is a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director for Pastoral Care for the network. As well as pastoring, Dwayne is a zealous advocate for training the next generation of biblical counselors. He is on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
